Welcome to Moxie Mind & Body!

At Moxie Mind & Body we are committed to helping you build a stronger and healthier mind and body through superior quality training in the classical Pilates method. We encourage you to have moxie when reaching personal goals and facing new challenges not only within our studio walls, but in your everyday life.

We are a fully equipped Classical Pilates studio, voted as Pittsburgh's Best of the Burgh in 2013. Visit us at our primary Downtown location  in Market Square where you can schedule private, duet or semi-private sessions by appointment, or enroll for a group mat or equipment class. Or, come see us at our satellite studio located within Sterling Yoga in the South Hills for private and duet sessions scheduled by appointment.
