Diet and Lifestyle Coaching with Cecile Elias
Interested in losing weight and living a healthier life? Cecile Elias offers her knowledge and experience with diet and lifestyle coaching though the Primal Blueprint at Moxie Mind & Body.
Jumpstart Package ($300)
This is an in home offering that includes establishing an overall plan, a pantry purge, and a meal plan for the first week. Cecile will talk to you about your wants and needs and together you will formulate a primal/paleo menu and grocery list. Together you'll carry out the shopping trip and afterwards Cecile will provide tips on food preparation. As a bonus of this package, you will receive a weekly 30 minute phone call for the next three weeks and have email access for daily questions and check ins. This is a one time offer. $300 for the base 3 hours, with an option of adding hours at $78 per hour.
1 Hour Coaching Session ($80)
This session includes but is not limited to:
- Discussing your personal goals and the current state of your diet and lifestyle (sleep, stress, exercise, etc)
- Establishing a plan based upon your ancestral health
- Education on the quality of foods and why we make the choices we do
- Formulating custom meal plans and grocery lists
- Providing resources for motivation and support
About Primal Blueprint
The Primal Blueprint is Paleo eating and living with respect to personal tolerances and genetics and can be summed up in the following "laws":
- Eat a diet of plants and animals
- Avoid poisonous/toxic things
- Move frequently at a slow pace
- Lift heavy items (exert your muscles! Pilates falls into this and the above category)
- Sprint once in a while (give it your all, a positive fight or flight response)
- Get adequate sleep
- Get adequate sunlight
- Make smart decisions (be present and mindful)

Cecile Elias is passionate about living and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
